Simple Rustic Faux Fireplace
I've been pinning rustic wood fireplaces trying to find inspiration for my next "faux fireplace". I wanted or actually needed to build one for my basement rec room.
I just wrote and published my first book!

Building a Faux Fireplace
I was scrolling through some old posts and realized that last year sometime I hinted at sharing details with you on building a faux fireplace...and...I still haven't done this. This is a long time coming as I built my second faux fireplace at the end of 2016.
New Signs Coming Shortly
It's a little hard to work in the shop during tax season since there's only 24 hours in a day...and most of those hours are spent in the office. I have been trying to spend my dinner and supper breaks in there in hopes that I can slowly get some stuff done.
It definitely takes longer, but slowly and surely some things are happening.
